All Caroline Mosyemi UP items are up-cycled pieces that may have been previously worn and may show some wear. We do our best to describe our garments as clearly and accurately as possible. All items have been measured carefully.

We provide measurements and details of any flaws and categorize each garment based on our UK size Chart. Tag sizes are shown where possible. These are to be used as a guide only

We try our best to photograph our products to show them in their most real color.

*We strongly recommended to check the measurements carefully before purchasing and please feel free to contact us via this website if you have any questions about the sizing, fit or color of our products.

However, we will accept returns only on items that have been grossly misrepresented orIF there is any defects, faulty and listed incorrectly.

What is your return policy?
We will accept returns only on itemsthat have been grossly misrepresented or

You must email us within 14 days of receiving your order 
at ……to request the return of an item 
with the SUBJECT line "Attn:  Request for a Return + Order number ”.

     Your e–mail should include:
     1. Your Name (that you placed the order with)
     2. Your Order Number
     3. The reason for returning or exchanging.

As much details as you can provide is really helpful for us!

*Items must be in the same condition as when you received it without any signs of wearing.
*SALE items are not accepted.
*Please contact your closest local post office in order to return your item with recorded shipping. 
*Your shipment return must be postmarked within 30 days after confirmation of your order.  

Return Shipping Fees
Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or mis-delivered parcels. 

It is the customer's responsibility to track return shipments? 
After we receive the parcel, we will process the refund via the same payment method used to place the order. 

What is upcycled fashion?
Upcycled clothing is new clothing made from used or unwanted parts of clothes that have already been produced.

For instance, imagine a never-before-seen jacket made of fabrics from various shirts, lost buttons and vintage denim.

84% of all clothing ends up in landfills or shipped top third world countries. Our brand helps reduce that percentage by seeing the potential in abandoned materials.
Our brand creates imperfect beauty from once loved items and allows you to tell a new story with them. 

What should I do if I want something that is sold out?
Please contact us to see if we make a similar item tailored to your liking.
Please bear in mind that most of our products are one-offs, but might be replicated with a different item of clothing. Colours might differ.

When are new items listed?
We list new items in collection drops.

These will occur at least 1-2 times a month, because Caroline Mosyemi UP takes special care in making sure your unique garment is created to perfection so it will take a few weeks to release a new collection.

In time we will increase the frequency of new collection drops.

I have used clothes that I want to be upcycled. How can I do that?
If you want to rejuvenate your existing wardrobe and have Caroline Mosyemi upcycle old favourite items into new garments, that you will wear, you can contact Caroline Mosyemi UP via the platform’s communications feature to request a custom order with your used clothing.

If you are looking to donate your old or unwanted clothing, then please keep donating them to your local thrift store. We will be partnering with many in the future to continue upcycling their unsold items. Equally, you can join us on our social media for upcoming workshops and internship programs to learn how to upcycle your clothing.

We accept debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard.). You can also pay with Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay if you are paying from your smartphone.
